Foundation Program (Level 1)

This consulting program is designed for the business owner or executive that desires to provide a foundation for his business and preparation for profitable growth. This program allows the owner to achieve stability in their business and eliminate the ups and downs. To begin the Foundations program the business must have a couple of years of revenue history as well as a basic model for the delivery of the company's product and service.  Companies at this stage of growth may experience some or all of the following characteristics:
- Constantly fighting fires and customer issues with the inability to work on longer term growth strategies
- Unaware of the financial standing of the company and may frequently have cashflow issues that appear unexpectedly (i.e. Revenues were really good last month, but why don't I have any cash in the bank?)
- Employees do not seem to follow instructions and there is low morale and high turnover
- A lack of the sense of direction of the company or ineffective goals
 
Program Services included:
-  12 Month Strategic Plan
-  Weekly 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour strategy sessions per month
-  Templates and Systems for 2 to 5 strategy implementations per month

Growth and Cashflow Program (Level 2)

This consulting program is designed for the business owner or executive that desires to move beyond a solid foundation and into profitable growth and predictable cashflow. This program allows the business owner to develop a marketing program that provides consistent lead generation and repeat customers. To begin the Growth program the business must have a couple of years of revenue history, accurate financial reporting, be profitable, and meet strategic planning objectives.  Companies at this stage of growth may experience some or all of the following characteristics:
- The Seesaw Effect when there is a cycle of profitability and/or cashflow that is really good and then is bad
- Products and/or Services that compete mainly on price and have difficulty differentiating from competitors
- Ineffective marketing campaigns that show little results or are not even measured
- Lack of alignment with employees and management on plans and actions

-  Weekly 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour strategy sessions per month
-  Outsourced Marketing Administration Support to implement campaigns
-  Templates and Systems for 2 to 5 strategy implementations per month

-  Regular weekly communication with advisor as needed

Systems and Leverage Program (Level 3)

This consulting program is designed for the business owner or executive that desires to move beyond just a profitable business and into a business that is efficient thus giving free time back to owner. This program develops several new systems that provide leverage and multiply the profitability of the company. To begin the Systems program the business must have completed the Foundations and Growth programs and in addition must be able to reasonably predict cashflow for at least 90 days into the future. Companies at this stage of growth may experience some or all of the following characteristics:
- The Founder, Owner, or Senior Executive is working in the business in excess of 50 hours or more a week
- Employees seem to follow the beat of their own drum and not the objectives of the company
- Executives spend too much time in employee management because of high turnover or employee poor performance
- Company does not have a hiring system in place
- Company only has a few sources of revenue instead of multiple products and services

-  Weekly 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour strategy sessions per month
-  Outsourced Operations Support to implement new systems or a half day training workshop per month
-  Templates and Systems for 3 to 6 strategy implementations per month

-  Regular weekly communication with advisor as needed

Leadership and Team Program (Level 4)

This consulting program is designed for the business owner and senior executives of a company that desire to move beyond just a profitable, efficient business and into a business that is led by very capable managers. This program develops leadership training programs and an effective teamwork structure that provide freedom for company founders to pursue additional interests. To begin the Leadership program the business must have completed all levels through Level 3 and in addition, the founder/owner must be at the level of taking several weeks off during the year to invest in personal interests. Companies at this stage of growth may experience some or all of the following characteristics:
- The Founder, Owner, or Senior Executive is working in the business less than 30 hours per week
- The company has more than 15 employees and has at least two key managers that are leading in the company
- Founder/Owner of business regularly is frustrated by lack of performance of managers
- Founder/Owner feels that he or she can consistently do a better job than most of the current managers
- The employees of the company work as individuals instead of a cohesive team that supports each other

-  Two additional strategy sessions with key managers or a half day leadership/teamwork workshop
-  Templates and Systems for 3 to 6 strategy implementations per month

-  Private Access to Educational resources such as ebooks, articles, and multimedia
-  Regular weekly communication with advisor as needed

Expansion and Diversification (Level 5)

This consulting program is designed for the business owner and senior executives of a company that desire to move beyond just one profitable, efficient business led by very capable management to an expansion program that may include additional business locations, franchising, real estate investing, or other personal investment pursuits. This program develops multiple streams of income for a business owner and diversifies his or her net worth into other assets outside of their primary business. To begin the Expansion and Diversification program, the business must have completed all levels through Level 4 and in addition, the founder/owner must be at the level of owning a business that is a going concern and ready to invest in other assets. Companies at this stage of growth may experience some or all of the following characteristics:
- The Founder, Owner, or Senior Executive is complacent about current business and is ready for new challenges
- The company has more than 15 employees with a hired CEO or General Manager that runs entire business
- Founder/Owner of business has most of his or her net worth in one business and wants to diversify
- Founder/Owner does not have a succession strategy in place

-  Two additional strategy sessions with key managers or a half day leadership/teamwork workshop per business
